Strategy 

I had the opportunity to strengthen my skills in marketing strategy development through the three projects outlined below. One involved a case study for a client in the F&B industry in Dubai, while the other two were for my agency and another Dubai-based marketing agency. Each project required a unique marketing strategy tailored to its objectives.

During my time in PR, I was assigned the task of crafting a marketing and communications strategy for Brunch & Cake, a brunch cafe with multiple locations in Dubai. The goal was to enhance the cafe's brand visibility across various media platforms, highlight its unique selling points, and devise an actionable plan for implementation.

This is a case study I prepared during the interview process with ASTUDIO agency in Dubai. My assignment was to conduct a social media audit and develop a marketing strategy for ASTUDIO, including an analysis of the competitive market. Although I was offered the job, I politely declined and chose to remain with my orginal agency.

During my time at Digital Lab Dubai, I successfully completed a project to introduce a new service—user-generated content (UGC) and influencer marketing—to the agency. I was responsible for creating a presentation that outlined the benefits of this service, its implementation plan, and a project timeline. Through strategic planning, we successfully integrated this new offering into our services for clients.
